AIM Technology provides contact center performance management software solutions. AIM Technology is based in London with offices in San Francisco, Denver and Boston. Customers include Barclays, Comcast, Wells Fargo, and Teleperformance. The corporate web site, http://www.aimtechnology.com/, needed content and architecture updates, new features to encourage prospect registration and new rich media content to encourage repeat visits. Web analytics were also requested to ensure that site performance could be effectively measured.
