Case Study:AIM TechnologyAIM Technology provides contact center performance management software solutions. The corporate web site, http://www.aimtechnology.com/, needed content and architecture updates, new features to encourage prospect registration and new rich media content to encourage repeat visits. Web analytics were also requested to ensure that site performance could be effectively measured. AIM Technology needed a partner to handle everything on the corporate site from day-to-day content updates, to Web 2.0 features, and lead capture.
