Determina developed security software which proactively monitors active applications and patches vulnerabilities prior to exploitation. This innovative software eliminates the need for frequent software patches and regular software updates. Determina approached AtreNet to build two portals, one which would act as a support portal for their products and a partner portal where partners could download Determina documentation.

- Leveraging the Salesforce API, AtreNet built an interactive solution with the capabilities of providing dynamic support for Determina's clients and protected downloads to partners
- AtreNet developed an authentication process that referenced portal users against Determina's Salesforce account
- We implemented a solution to protect downloads, hiding partner and support assets from unauthenticated users
- The support portal allowed users to create and track support cases that logged to Determina's Salesforce account and initiated a workflow with the support technicians, request software license keys, download the latest software updates and documentation
- The partner portal allowed users to download the latest assets (white papers, datasheets, etc), and to view the latest promotions and pricing
