Exavio provides a solution to accelerate workflow for companies that depend on shared, instant access to large data files. Their innovative hardware product, the ExaMax 9000 Storage Area Network (SAN) Accelerator utilizes a combination of solid-state memory and proprietary caching and buffering algorithms to boost network performance.
Exavio partnered with AtreNet to reinvent their corporate identity, online and offline. This included messaging consultation, a new logo, web site, collateral, and infographic diagrams.
“AtreNet was by our side every step of the way on this project, from planning new messaging and content to relaunching our branding platform. The Rapid RelaunchSM process supplied the tools and expertise we needed to successfully reinvent our image and convey it over the web, print, and presentations. Exavio.com launched on-time and on-target. Thanks AtreNet team, we couldn't have done it without you!”

The Challenge
- Exavio's new corporate messaging needed to convey their solution in a simple, comprehensible, and memorable manner.
- Exavio required messaging and content writing support.
- Exavio needed to breath new life into their visual marketing platform and unify their marketing materials.
- Exavio needed to redesign their web site architecture to support solution and product-centric stories in their marketing.
-
The Solution
- AtreNet developed the label "SAN Accelerator", which became a permanent part of the product name and solution description. We also devised a playful variation on the SAN acronym: "Seriously Accelerated Network".
- AtreNet worked directly with the Exavio marketing team to develop a new messaging tree, from high level messaging to product features/benefits. We provided editorial support and recommendations as Exavio developed content for the new web site.
- AtreNet rebuilt Exavio's visual identity from the ground up, translating a theme of speed and elegance across all marketing channels. The platform was extended to web, print, presentations and trade shows.
- Guidelines were developed to ensure ongoing brand integrity.
- AtreNet developed navigation systems, site architecture and page layout recommendations for intuitive and engaging pathways to content.
