Their current customer list includes over 10 million unique registered users representing its entire product offering. Pinnacle's mission is to make it easy for computer enthusiasts to create, edit and publish the video. As such, Pinnacle's market has recently broadened exponentially; as well as their customers hunger for more information about which products to choose, how to use them and where to get help. Consumer video is an extremely active market and competition is fierce.
