Sterling approached AtreNet to solve two problems: develop a global interactive strategy and conduct a current interactive assessment of more than a dozen global sites. With the goal of presenting a world-class face to prospects and customers alike, Sterling Commerce worked with AtreNet to develop a Global Interactive Strategy. The resulting strategy outlined a service-oriented architecture, developed in phases, that would facilitate infrastructure sharing and leverage, along with audience maps and content associations to simplify content sharing and maintenance.

“Our online interactive presence needed a global interactive strategy and blueprint to support prospects, customers, and partners engaging with Sterling Commerce through our web sites. AtreNet's experience with enterprise-scale projects, and phased methodology helped us define scope, reach out to stakeholders, and formulate a strategy that complimented our internal technology directions. We now have a blueprint of the architecture, services, and experiences. AtreNet's partnership with us helped us achieve that goal.”

Carolyn Layne Vice President of Corporate Marketing, Sterling Commerce
