Sterling approached AtreNet to solve two problems: develop a global interactive strategy and conduct a current interactive assessment of more than a dozen global sites. With the goal of presenting a world-class face to prospects and customers alike, Sterling Commerce worked with AtreNet to develop a Global Interactive Strategy. The resulting strategy outlined a service-oriented architecture, developed in phases, that would facilitate infrastructure sharing and leverage, along with audience maps and content associations to simplify content sharing and maintenance.
The Challenge
- Sterling's huge web presence needed to be broken down into a series of services
- With such a great extent of information, Sterling had no succinct way to map information by way of importance
