Tumbleweed User Interface Design

Tumbleweed Communications is a recognized leader in secure Internet messaging software products for enterprise and government customers of all sizes. AtreNet has worked with Tumbleweed since 2001 on projects ranging from web site launches to corporate collateral. Recently, we were tasked with developing a new web-based user interface for Tumbleweed's Secure Mail Application. This mission-critical project resulted in the successful implementation of a crisp, professional UI design across several branded client implementations.

	AtreNet took on the task of revising the UI for our secure Email application. The final product is just what Tumbleweed needed to confidently update the application and improve the experience for our customers. We counted on AtreNet's design and engineering expertise and their ability to deliver solutions that would meet the demands of actual users-and they delivered. The Challenge

• As a tool for managing sensitive materials, the application's UI needed to impart professionalism and trustworthiness.
• Multiple screens, encompassing several different workflows and complex functionality, would be required.
• The application templates needed to support a diverse set of browser and email clients.
• The final product would be customizable by Tumbleweed's customers to support their own corporate identity.
