AtreNet seeks a highly motivated and organized Web Project Manager to participate in all phases of project management, including: proposal development, project planning, resource management, web strategy, scope management, budgeting and documentation, and generally ensuring the highest level of success for all client initiatives. This position will require superlative communication and time-management skills, direct experience guiding web development projects from inception through completion, and a solid understanding of current web technologies and trends.

Responsibilities:

• Proposal development, including requirements gathering, scope considerations, resource assessment and costing, strategy recommendations and authoring/editing.
• Project management for both fixed-term and ongoing initiatives, including resource planning, detailed project plans and scheduling, client communication, asset coordination, internal team management, deliverables review and presentation, launch coordination and ongoing client relationship management.
• Effectively managing project scope, maintaining a high level of client communication, and carefully tracking and documenting project status, budget and timeline to ensure highly successful projects - measured by both client satisfaction and profitability.
• Maintaining a high level of communication with internal teams and managers; providing clear and complete directives, realistic deliverable deadlines and prompt feedback; and adhering to AtreNet best practices and processes for effective team-based development and accountability.

Requirements:

• Must have experience managing corporate web site development projects from inception through launch.
• Must have understanding of web usability, information architecture, navigation paradigms and design priorities associated with corporate B2B web sites, as well as familiarity with current web trends and the underlying technologies of both static and dynamic sites.
• Knowledge of SEO considerations and web analytics.
• Experience or familiarity with all of the following: lead generation, web production, content management systems, localization/globalization, application UI development, Flash-based demos, intranet development, brand/identity development, and print collateral.
• Understanding of the corporate structure, priorities and initiatives associated with B2B companies.
• Experience with Microsoft productivity tools (ex. Office, SharePoint, Groove, Project), task management systems, document management systems, and collaborative meeting applications.
