Web DevelopmentWeb DesignAtreNet designers understand the power and limitations of the web. We create web-based user interfaces that function seamlessly within your existing information architecture. AtreNet focuses on design and layout that elevates-rather than detracts from-your content and your brand. Our Design ProcessAtreNet's understands that each project has different information architecture. Our design team relies on wireframes as a foundation for identifying the content and architecture, gathering client feedback, and building consensus for around design concepts. We start by working the same project with several designers for a key page or landing pages. Next, concepts are presented to the client and a direction for further development is established. Wireframes allow stakeholders to understand architectural choices without getting distracted by aspects of graphic design, such as a specific color or graphic element. Once a core vision is defined, AtreNet will begin creating templates and initiating production. An enterprise company may require 20 or more distinct templates to be approved before production can begin. These may include homepage, solutions landing pages, and others. Once a website is in production, we'll work with our clients engineering team through the build of the website to ensure that each page is polished. Often additional considerations drive the development of new templates late in the process. The corporate brand serves as our constant touchstone throughout this process. Establishing a consistent brand supports the value proposition of your company. Our designs conform to existing brand guidelines, while extending and refining these standards as appropriate for web environments and your communication goals. User-Centric DesignAtreNet considers how people interact with websites when we design interfaces. Have you spent valuable time downloading software from a website only to find out you have the wrong version? This happens sometimes because the website design didn't adapt to the natural tendencies of visitors. Website visitors have very little patience and expect immediate gratification. They also don't read web pages as much as scan content. Visitors want control. They follow their intuition and too often end up making the wrong choice, such as downloading the wrong software.Rogue Wave Software Download CenterWe designed the Rogue Wave Software Download Center, which offers 14 different software packages with different rules, restrictions and versions. AtreNet created the site to accommodate the inclinations of visitors by blending sound design principles with the current web technology.
AtreNet designed this page with toggle buttons that allow users to expand or contract sections. Users can easily access more information about a software package without leaving the page or being distracted by too many choices. Here you see the HydraExpress section expanded to reveal a two-step process. First users select a Windows or a Linux compatible free-trial version; next the user is directed to fill out a form to request a license key. In the Stingray GUI section users can access list software components for immediate download without registering. Finally, you can see the SoucePro C++ section requires registration prior to download. The page offers a wide variety of choices, yet it is highly usable. The design helps guide users by giving them control and reducing the visual complexity of choices. AtreNet Delivers
